-zuerst geht es im Grund Richtung Hafenlohrtal
- eim Lindenfurther Hof geht es rechts in den Wald bis Einsiedel
- jetzt beginnt der erste harte Anstieg (Trail) bis nach Aurora
- nach Aurora rechts weiter Richtung Rothenfels
- nach 2 bis 3 km links abbiegen, wunderschöne Abfahrt nach Neustadt
- nächster Aufstieg nach Aurora
- geniale Abfahrt nach Einsiedel
- Lindenfurther Hof nach Karlshöhe, schöner gleichmäßiger Anstieg
- Karlshöhe zum Schleiftor, aber Achtung, ein Downhill der es in sich hat, technisch schwiegig, da er mit vielen Felsen gespickt ist.
