Ab dem Forsthaus Stangerode (an der Strasse nach Abberode) geht es romantisch an der Eine entlang bis zur Rammelburg. Hinein ins Wippertal gilt es die einzig knifflige Stelle zu meistern (eine 30 m Schiebestrecke wieder zur Bundesstrasse zurück). Dann zur Leine und über das Leinetal wieder zurück zum Forsthaus.
