Die Tour führt von Altenhaßlau (bei Gelnhausen) zum Näßlichgrund, hinauf nach Geiselbach, vorbei am Gasthaus Frohnbügel zum Weinberg bei Michelbach (schöne Aussicht zum Kraftwerk Staudiger ;-) ). Am Dörsthof wird der Kahlgrund gequert und es folgt der größte Anstieg der Tour vorbei am Hemsbacher Steinbruch hinauf zum Hahnenklamm (Mountainbiker Treff). An Hemsbach vorbei geht es weiter zur Abfaht nach Strötzbach/ Mömbris. Wieder wird die Kahl überquert und ab Mensengesäß gehts hinauf zur Hüttenberger Kapelle. Über Omersbach weiter nochmal hoch zum Funkturm bei Geislbach, am Modellflugplatz vorbei zurück nach Altenhaßlau.

Altenhaßlau liegt südlich direkt an Gelnhausen und ist damit im Kinzigtal über den R3 oder per Bahn (Bahnhof Gelnhausen) gut zu erreichen.
