Vom Hauptbahnhof geht es zunächst über die Elbbrücken nach Veddel. Weiter über Georgswerder am deich entlang zur Bunthäuser Spitze - hier teilt sich die Elbe in Norder- und Süderelbe. Am NSG Heuckenlock vorbei in Richtung Harburg und über die Kattwykbrücke nach waltershof. Zurück mit der Fähre (Achtung: Nur sehr sporadischer Betrieb, am Wochenende garnicht)
Achtung: Umgehung fahren! Kattwykbrücke bis auf weiters gesperrt

Der Abfahrtsort Hauptbahnhof ist naturgemäß prima mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Der Zielpunkt Waltershof wird zwar von einer Fähre angefahren, allerdings nur sporadisch und am WE garnicht. Fahrplan im Link. Ggf. ist Finkenwerder als alternativer Zielpunkt zu wählen.
