Von Braunschweig über die Heemstädter Straße zum Schöppenstädter Turm. Entlang der Wabe nach Süden ins Niederdahlumer Holz (Trail möglich). Durch Salzdahlum und Ahlum über die Eisenbahn in die Asse. Kurz steil nach oben und um den Röhrberg zum Bismarkturm (Trails). Schöner Ausblick, wenn man den Turm zu Fuß erklimmt. Über die Ruinen der Asseburg wieder runter und um den Sportplatz nach Groß Denkte. Von dort dann über Wenddessen und den Lindenberg nach Atzum und dann ins Lechlumer Holz. Weiter nach Stöckheim und am Südsee vorbei zurück in den Bürgerpark nach BS.
