Die Tour führt von Stadtlohn über Borken - Raesfeld - Schermbeck - Bottrop direkt zum Centro nach Oberhausen. Man fährt fasst ausschließlich über gut ausgebaute Straßen (Nebenstraßen) und Radwege. Die Route ist auch von unerfahrenen Radfahrern zu bewältigen und führt zum größten Teil durch schöne Waldgebiete.
Wir sind die Tour bereits zweimal gefahren und sind am nächsten Tag mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof OB-Osterfeldt (ca. 1,5 km) zurück gefahren. Für ambitionierte Fahrer besteht natürlich auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Fahrrad zurück zu fahren.
Man kann im TRYP-Hotel auf der Centroalle relativ günstig übernachten und den Abend auf der "Meile" verbringen. In der Nähe gibt aber auch ein günstiges Hostel bei dem man allerdings zeitig reservieren sollte.
