Die Tour führt über die sehenswerte Lagunenstadt Empuriabrava zum hoch gelegenen Kloster Sant Pere de Rodes im P.N. Cap de Creus. Dann hinunter nach Port de le Selva und über Roses zurück. Nette Runde ohne technische Schwierigkeiten meist auf Teerstraßen.
