Parken in Maria Raisenmarkt (bei der Kirche).Taleinwärts (rot mark.) und dann links in den Wald.Mit mässigen Anstieg zur Ansteinhöhle und weiter die Ruine Arnstein links umgehend durch den Wald.(Variante:Den Weg zur Arnsteinnadel durch den Wald suchen).Markierung weiter verfolgend bis zu einer Strassenquerung.Geht auch gerade weiter ,aber wir biegen rechts ab und marschieren die Strasse eben weiter bis zum Gasthaus Karners Jausenstube in Holzschlag(Di und Mi Ruhetag).Dann weiter rot markiert zuerst eben und dann mässig steil bis zur Kreuzung mit unserer alten Route.Dann direkt bis zu Peilsteinhaus(Mo und Di Ruhetag) mit anständiger Küche.Lohnender Besuch des Aussichtspunktes Steilwände.Rückweg direkt,ohne Abstecher nach Holzschlag,nach Maria Raisenmarkt.
