Charakteristik: Ein etwa 37 km langer Rundkurs von der Elbe Mündung bis ins Marschland. Der Rückweg führt entlang des Geestrückens. Es wir viel über freie Flächen gefahren. Bei starkem Wind aus Südost bis Südwest kann das sehr schweißtreibend sein. Die beschriebenen Wege sind bis auf kurze Ausnahmen sehr gut befestigt.
