Die MTB Tour Vögeialm ist eine sehr leichte und beschilderte Tour die auf den 10,7km von Forstau bis zur bewirtschafteten Vögeialm nur 475 Höhenmeter aufweist. Es gibt nur wenige sehr kurze Abschnitte mit einer Steigung zwischen 5-10%. Da die ersten 4km asphaltiert sind und der Rest auf einer guten Schotterstraße zu fahren ist, ist sie auch technisch keineswegs anspruchsvoll und man kann sie auch als familientauglich bezeichnen. Einzig auf den Verkehr muss man achten, da auch die Autos bis zur Vögeialm fahren dürfen.
