Vom Wuppertaler Hauptbahnhof durch die Stadt zur Nordbahntrasse. Über diese an das westliche Ende in Vohwinkel. Auf ruhigen Nebenstrecken auf die Nordhöhen nach Düssel, Aprather Mühle (Einkehrmöglichkeit) zurück nach Wuppertal. Wieder über die Nordbhantrasse diesmal aber nach Osten an das aktuelle Ende am Loh. RUnter zur Wupper über den Talachsenradweg zurück zum Startpunkt.
