- Kurs: Hin und zurück.
- Start/Ziel: Glurns/Stadtzentrum
- Von Glurns (MH 920) 2 KM auf Asfalt(mittelsteil).
- Weiter auf angenehm ansteigendem Schotterweg bis KM 8.
- Von KM 8 bis zur Alm(KM 10,7) mittelsteil/mittelsteil+
- Der Aufstieg erfolgt durch dichten, schattenspendenden Wald.
- PS. Die Alm betreibt keine Gastwirtschaft. Kühles Wasser aus dem Brunnen bei der Almhütte als Belohnung für die Mühe.
Ca. 400 HM oberhalb der Alm erreicht man zu Fuss das Gipfelkreuz des Glurnser Köpfl`s
