Tour startet in Vreden durch die City Richtung Stadtlohn durch den Wald,
In Stadtlohn angekommen geht es über die B 70 wieder über einige Trails.
Dann gehts Richtung Funkturm rein in den Nächsten Busch.
Richtung Barle halten, dort ist eine kleine Cross-strecke!
Nun gehts zurück Richtung Stadtlohn über einige Trails.
Die Tour wird schwer nachzufahren sein wenn man sie nicht kennt,weil einige Strecken sich auf hin und Rückweg kreuzen.
Tour endet dann wieder in Vreden.
