Die Tour beginnt am Parkplatz des Gasthauses Seitz in Tuisbrunn. Auf breiten Forstwegen und schmalen Pfaden geht es über Gräfenberg und Hiltpoltstein hinunter ins Tal der Trubach. Auf schönem Wanderweg geht es bis Egloffstein, von dort durch das Bärenthal nach Hohenschwärz und zurück nach Tuisbrunn. Im Gasthof Setz gibt es dann das dort gebraute Elchbräu, gute Kuchen und fränkische Küche.

Die Anfahrt erfolgt von Nürnberg auf der B2 bis Gräfenberg, von dort links nach Egloffstein abzweigen. nach ca 3km links nach Hohenschwärt Tuisbrunn abzweigen. In Tuisbrunn in der Kurve beim Gasthof Seitz links zum Parkplatz.
