noch eine Quick aber diesmal nicht ganz so Dirty-Strecke (ohne Fangopackung diesmal)...ist eher was für für Intervallartiges Training mit abwechselnd leichten Anstiegen und Waldautobahnen / Schotterweg.... Start in HN-über Panzerstraße-Schweinsberg-Reisbergbrücke (danach kleiner Trail)-Schotterpiste zum Bleichsee-hoch zum Start des kleinen Downhilltrails Richtung Bach-Bachtrail zurück zum Bleichsee-zurüch Richtung Reisberg aber unter der A81 durch zum kleinen Quellentrail hinter O´gruppenbach-hoch zur Reisbergbrücke-den Waldweg mit den kleinen Sprüngen zurück RichtungWaldheide-Trail Richtung Waldheide-wieder hoch zum Schweinsberg-von da den Trail runter Richtung Sportparcour-Stadtrandtrail zum Gaffenbergparkplatz-über Uhlandslinde Trails runter zum Trappensee- HN
