Diese Tour ist ein 2-stündiger Spazier-Rundgang von der großen Kreuzwegkapelle in Coesfeld durch ein Feuchtgebiert mit vielen Fröschen zum Schloss Varlar. Sonnige und schattige Strecken wechseln sich ab. Es geht zwischen Feldern und durch den Wald, durch eine schöne Eichenallee und bei Schloss Varlar am Wassergraben entlang.
Man kann den Weg entweder an der großem Kreuzwegkapelle starten oder am Schlos Varlar. An beiden Stellen gibt es Parkplätze.
Die Wege sind asphaltiert oder Waldwege, gut gehbar. Die Strecke lässt sich auch radeln. Es ist ruhig, also auch mit Kindern prima machbar.
An der großen Kreuzwegkapelle gibt es eine Restaurant. Für eine Pause oder Belohnung ist also gesorgt.
