    Die 5 Höhlentour sollte man gefahren sein, wenig Straße dafür super schöne Singletrails und viele geniale Ausblicke der fränkischen Schweiz. Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Velden, Neuhaus, Plech.

    Die Technik

    Ich hatte heute Vormittag viel Spaß. Eine wirklich feine Runde. Einzelne Abschnitte sind aber technisch schwer zu fahren, vor allem bei dem derzeitigen Tau am Morgen. Das nächste Mal werde ich die erste Schleife jedoch entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn fahren. Ich glaube, das erspart einige Schiebepassagen. Bei den Höhenmetern kam ich auf knapp 700.
