Von Angermund an der Sechs-Seen-Platte vorbei zum Duisburger Hafen. Am Kanal (Rhein-Herne ?) entlang bis Centro Oberhausen. Bis dahin etwa 25km.
Zurück über Verkehrsstraßen nach Mülheim. Der Rückweg ist nicht so schön, viel Autoverkehr und z.Zt. auch einige Baustellen, deshalb waren Umwege nötig.
