Start und Ziel ist Ratshausen. Sofort gehts steil bergan Richtung Tanneck, von dort geht es weiter hoch zumWandbühl und zum Montschenloch und danach auf den Bol. Sehr anspruchsvolle Tour auf 3 Berge über 1000m mit Feld, Wald und Wiesentrails. Am Schluß noch der Steilabstieg nach Deillingen der seinem Namen alle Ehre macht. Rollback durch den Wald nach Rathausen.
