Start und Ziel ist das Gasthaus Donauperle in Gutenstein. Zuerst führt die Tour hoch nach Kreenheinstetten und von dort über Trails und Waldwege zu den besten Aussichtspunkten und den Burgen im Donautal. Ab Fridingen gehts zurück bis nach Beuron und von dort hoch zum Schnaitkapf und wieder runter über Werenwag nach Hausen im Tal zum roll back nach Gutenstein.
