Ich bin vom Bahnhof Forbach am linken Murgufer entlang. Der Fluss hatte Hochwasser. Ein paar Wildwasserkajaker sind auch unterwegs. Der Weg führt direkt am Fluss entlang bis zum Fußballplatz des SV Forbach. Hinter dem Platz geht es einen Feldweg hoch. Man hält sich links immer auf dem Weg ca. 1 km. Bis man wieder auf den Forbacher Bahnhof herabschauen kann (kleiner Holzpavilion). Nun geht es einen kleinen Pfad abwärts durch imposante Felsformationen und umgestürzte Bäume (Schonwald). Der Pfad ist aber freigeräumt. Dadurch dass es fast keine Eingriffe in die Natur auf diesem Wegabschnitt gibt, macht das wandern richtig Spass.

Am besten mit der Strassenbahn von Rastatt aus ins Murgtal richtung Freudenstadt. Tour beginnt direkt am Bahnhof Forbach.
