Sehr schöne Tour durch den Mainzer Lenneberg, das größte zusammenhängende Waldgebiet Rheinhessens und durch den neuen Steinbruchweg Budenheim-Mombach.
Los geht es am Parkplatz 14-Nothelfer-Kapelle in Gonsenheim, quer durch den Lennebergwald (schöne Kiefernbestände) bis zu den ersten Häusern von Budenheim. Dann rechts durch das Tor in den Steinbruch/Golfplatz (Wegerstellung März 2013). Grandiose Ausblicke im Steinbruch! Dann weiter am Driving Range des Golfclubs vorbei bis zur Tennishalle. Weiter durch ein Obstbaugelände bis zu Waldfriedhof Mombach. Direkt hinter dem Kreisel rechts hoch durch das Sandgebiet wieder zurück in den Lenneberg-Wald, dann zurück bis zur Nothelferkapelle.
