Die Wanderung verläuft zunächst zum Gipfel San Vicino  (1,5 Std). Bei gutem Wetter Rundblick über die Marken und bis zur Adria. Dann geht es im Wald weiter bis zur Ortschaft Pian dell' Elmo. Der Rückweg zum Ausgangspunkt auf gleicher Strecke oder über die Asphaltstraße SP90.
