Dies ist eine meiner Lieblingsrunden für den Feierabend. Die Route führt durch eine tolle Waldlandschaft über Forstwege und einige tolle Trails. Einstiegsmöglichkeiten bieten sich am Parklatz am Sportplatz in Erda, am Dünsbergparkplatz Krumbacher Kreuz und an der Schmelzmühle bei Salzböden. Ein Abstecher zur Dünsbergraststätte lässt sich problemlos einfügen (Öffnungszeiten Mittwochs und an Sonn- und Feiertagen) allerdings ca. 250 HM extra auf eiem Asphaltweg.
