- Rundkurs im Uhrzeigersinn, mit teilweise anspruchsvollem Trail. Erstes Teilstück ab 15 Uhr für Biker freigegeben. Auf der restlichen Strecke bitte den Fussgängern den Vortritt geben.
- 5 Km einrollen auf Nebenstrassen nach Lana.
- 5 Km auf mässig befahrener Provinzstrasse durch das Ultental bis zur Abzweigung nach Pawigl. gleichmässige, gemütliche Steigung.
- 12 Km auf Teer/Schotterweg bis zum höchsten Punkt, dem Gasthof Sessellift-Bergstation.
- 1.200 HM Trail.
- Rückfahrt zum Ausgangspunkt über die Panoramastrasse von Forst nach Marling.
- Start/Ziel: Marling, Hotel Piccolo, an der Marlinger-Brücke, grosser öffntlicher Parkplatz.
- Diese Gastro-Tour wurde von FG. vorgeschlagen und beinhaltet 6 Stationen: Cafe Walter(Frühstück), Bärenbadalm(Cappuccino), Gasthof Jocher(Apfelsaft, da Kaffeemaschine defekt), Gasthof Sessellift(Weisswurst mit Brezel +Hefe), Gasthof Seespitz(Cappuccino), Pizzeria Traubenwirt(Sportwasser+Pizza). NB. FG hatte wieder mal zuwenig Euros mit, und musste Schulden hinterlassen.
