- Rundkurs im Uhrzeigersinn
- 10 KM einrollen auf geteerten Nebenstrassen durch die Obstwiesen des Etschtals bis zur Einfahrt in den 3 KM langen MOOSWEG, auf welchem wir nach Tisens fahren. Teilweise etwas steiniger, nicht allzu steiler Karrenweg.
- Bis Völlan geht es durch Wälder und Wiesen, am Hyppolit Weiher vorbei zum Gasthof Talmühle, über die alte Römerbrücke. Am Ortsende auf einem kurzen gepflasterten Karrenweg hinunter in die Talsohle, nach Lana.
- Start/Ziel: Meran/Marling, Hotel Piccolo an der Marlinger Brücke(grosser öffentlicher Parkplatz)
