Vom Bahnhof Lambrecht auf MTX Strecke Nr.5 bis Elmstein. Kurzes Stück Straße nach Iggelbach. Danach sehr lange Waldstrecke auf höchste Erhebung Eschkopf (608m). Weiter nach Hinterweidenthal und über Salzwoog nach Fischbach.
