si parte da ciurmadu, si fa forcella S.Antonio e poi si sale sulla cima 9! Si scende presso un sentiero attrezzato con corda in acciaio e si prosegue sul ghiaione verso la cima 10, non ci sono sentieri!!!! Dalla cima 10 si va sul monte cavalli seguendo il sentiero e poi si scende verso il rifugio santa Croce e si ritorna alla macchina!
