Immerhin kommen 121 Höhenmeter im Aufstieg zusammen, zu Beginn etwa 2 km abwärts zum Fluss Ill bis zum tiefsten Punkt, wo man die Westbahnlinie unterquert (nach etwa 6,5 km), dann zum hängenden Stein und von hier beginnt der Anstieg zum Ziel, letztes Wegstück (Hinteroferstweg) steiler bis zur Meereshöhe von 610 m.
