Schöne Rundtour die recht einfach am Stausee beginnt. In Lautenthal geht es dann zum ersten mal hinauf. Am Lauthenthaler Graben (Kurz vorher Einkehrmöglichkeit mi schönem Blick über Lautenthal) entlang nach Wildeman. Von dort aus toller Singletrail zur Innerste hinunter. (Gut zu fahren, sehr schmal, auf Wanderer achten! da für beide zu eng) Kurz vor Lauthental geht es wieder steil bergan. Durch die Wälder mit einer schönen Schlußabfahrt zurück zum Start.
