Die Tour wird / ist als RTF Permanente im Breitensportkalender des BDR ausgeschrieben (2 Punkte auf der WK).
Die Tour ist anspruchsvoll und landschaftlich sehr schön. Der Start in Mülheim ist am Reiter-Casino Mintard, der Weg führt nach Kettwig, über den Panorama-Radweg-Niederbergbahn ins Bergische, über Langenberg, den Langenberger Sender, Elfringhauser Schweiz, Wodantal, Nierenhof, Baldeney-See wieder zurück nach Mülheim.

Das Reitercasino ist an der Mintarder Str. 256, 45481 Mülheim-Mintard.
Das Casino ist Montag - Freitag von 14 - 20 Uhr geöffnet, Samstags, Sonntags und Feiertags kann man sich zwischen 12 und 19 Uhr anmelden.
