Ausgangspunkt ist der Parkplatz am Lemmerzbad. Von hier ist der Drachenfels als erster Gipfel schnell erreicht. Von hier folgt man dem Rheinsteig bis zum Löwenburger Hof. Ein Abstecher auf die Löwenburg lohnt sich immer. Wer das nicht möchte hält sich hier direkt links und folgt dem Lohrberg-Rundweg, der einen auf die Drachenfelsstraße führt. Auf dieser kommt man am Milchhäuschen wieder auf den Rheinsteig und durch das Nachtigallental zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
An Wochenenden wird es bei dieser Tour, v.a. an Drachenfels und Milchhäuschen ganz schön voll. Wer es schafft unter der Woche, am besten vormittags zu gehen hat das Siebengebirge weitgehend für sich.
