Start ist am Sportplatz Westhofen, Wasserstrasse.

Über Garenfeld nach Berchum, weiter über Tiefendorf zum Hupfertturm. Nach der Lennequerung über Haßley nach Hohenlimburg weiter nach Brechtefeld. Über Dahl geht es nach Hagen und zurück nach Schwerte.

Die Tour hat einige nette trails aber auch fordende uphills.
