Die Route führt entlang der Agger und später durch die Wahner Heide. Von dort geht es durch das Gammersbacher Tal zurück zum Start.
Einkehrmöglichkeit gibt es in der Gammersbacher Mühle sowie am Ziel im Naafshäuschen.
Die Tour ist ganzjährig befahrbar.
Hinweis: die Tour führt ein kleines Stück am Zaun des Flughafens Köln/Bonn entlang. Dort muss man an einer Stelle (km 17,38) eine kleine Zaunbarriere umgehen.

Start und Ziel ist bei der Landgaststätte Naafshäuschen. Dort kann man auf dem Parkplatz an der
B 484 parken.
Wer mit der Bahn anreist nimmt die RB 25 und steigt am Bahnhof Honrath aus.
