Von Zeil am Main Richtung Hofheim. Bei Ostheim rechts ab, Über Gossmannsdorf weiter Richtung Manau. Vorbei an der Bettenburg, durch malerische Täler und Wälder Zurück über Königsberg.
Die Tour führt vorwiegend über wenig befahrenen Land- bzw Kreisstreassen. Einige kurze Passagen führen über Beton-Flurwege, die kann man aber auch umfahren.
