Ausgangspunkt ist der Parkplatz an der Wasserburg Kemnade (sehenswert!)
Es geht nach wenigen hundert Metern links über das Wehr am nördlichen Ufer entlang bis zur Autobahnbrücke, dann südlich zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
Die Tour ist familientauglich und einfach, ohne grossen Steigungen und weitestgehend asphaltiert, aber autofrei und fahrradfrei (sofern sich die Radler auf dem extra ausgewiesenem Radweg halten). Ausserdem ist hier auch eine separate Skaterstecke eingerichtet.
