Etappen: Schwalmtal - Schwaam - Schwalmquellen - Golfclub Schmitzhof e.V. - Dahlheimer Mühle - Rothenbach Trail - Dahlheimer Mühle - Oberkrüchten - Niederkrüchten - Schwalmtal
Streckenbeschreibung: Die Strecke ist größtenteils für Jedermann fahrbar. Der Anteil an Feld- und Schotterwegen ist hoch. Asphaltwege ist auch oft dabei. Der Trailanteil ist gering, aber dennoch mit eingebaut (Rothenbachtrail).
Highlights/ Trails: Rothenbachtrail (aufgrund der Jahreszeit bzw. des tiefen Bodens technisch anspruchsvoll)
