Die Tour startet am Hafen in Kelheim, hier kann auch direkt das Auto geparkt werden.
Erste Station ist die Sehenswürdigkeit von Kelheim, die Walhalla mit einem grandiosen Ausblick.
Ab der Walhalla ist die Strecke für ca. 1km etwas Schwierig, nichts für ungeübte Mountenbiker, danach dafür sehr Schön mit tollen Ausblicken auf die Donau und Kloster Weltenburg.
Ein Höhepunkt ist sicher die Donauüberfahrt mit der Seilfähre.
Danach geht es durch das Kloster Weltenburg den Berg Steil hinauf zu den nächsten schönen Aussichtspunkten.
Auf schönen Wegen / Trails geht es zurück nach Kelheim.
Dort Angekommen und etwas Hungrig ist die Pizzeria direkt am Parkplatz sicherlich ein Geheimtip.
