Die Tour beginnt bei einem Parkplatz nahe der Autobahnabfahrt Rottenmann. Bei Strechau gehts dann los Richtung Burg Strechau. Ein knackiger Anfang wartet.Über Altlassing gehts rauf auf den Sonnberg. Es geht auf Forstwegen entlang Richtung Spiegelsberg. Man kommt auf die Hauptstrasse Richtung Aigen. Vor Aigen gehts durch kleine Ortschaften hinauf auf den Vorberg. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Grimming der uns sehr lange begleitet.Es geht an alten Bauernhöfe und Hütten vorbei nach Oppenberg. Dort gehts dann links nach Rottenmann bergab. Der erste Teil bis Aigen ist fast nur auf Forstwegen zu fahren,ab Aigen dann nur mehr Asphalt.
