Tolle Joggingrunde am frühen Morgen an der Wasserlinie des leeren Strandes von South Shields, dann weiter am Klippenrand bis zum Strandfahrstuhl "The Marsden Grotto".  Von da aus zurück über einen von der Klippenkante etwas weiter zurück liegenden Rad- und Fußweg.

Man könnte die Strecke an den Klippekante auch noch sehr gut bis zum Halbmarathon-Distanz erweitern (Leider war aber keine Zeit mehr:-(  )
