Ausgehend von Siebenhirten geht es über den Liesing-Radweg bis Kalsburg. Hinter dem Kollegium Kalksburg ist er eigentliche Einstieg. Es geht über die Mizi Langer Wand - Perchtoldsdorfer Heide über die Seewiese und Schöffel Bergrettungs Hütte bis Sitten dorf. Von dort Richtung Gaaden auf den Anninger. Nächsten Ziel ist die Rudolf Proksch Hütte. Der Rückweg geht über den Beethovenweg ins Priestnitztal. Ein letzter großer Anstieg noch zum Husarentempel. Weiter geht es durch die Hinterbrühl etwas Auf und Ab über die Außenringautobahn bis Perchtoldsdorf.
Es ist ein Mix aus Forststraße und schönen Trails. Die Anfahrt bis Kalksburg und bei der Rückfahrt von Hinterbrühl weg, geht es über Asphalt.
