Tour mit Rheuma Prophylaxe

Eine sehr schöne Tour, die eine gewisse Kondition erfordert. Und Beinlinge oder Schienbeinschoner! Zumindest im Sommer. Die Brennesseln - u. a. entlang der schmalen Wege am Rande des Schwarzbachs oder neben dem Weg am Golfclub Mettmann - sind nämlich momentan über einen Meter hoch. Wer also auf die Rheuma-Prophylaxe verzichten möchte, sollte seine Beine schützen :-)
