Die Stadt Eppstein liegt am nordwestlichen Rand des Main-Taunus-Kreises, an der Stadtgrenze zur Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden. Eppstein ist mit der S-Bahn S2, und über die Autobahn, gut von Frankfurt zu erreichen. Von Wiesbaden fährt man mit der Regionalbahn nach Niedernhausen und von dort mit der S2 nach Eppstein. Unsere Tour startet am Bahnhof von Eppstein, wo wir auch parken können. Wir fahren dann kurz auf der B455 in Richtung Fischbach. An der Kreuzung fahren wir noch ein Stück gerade aus weiter (ca.100m) und biegen dann rechts in die Staufenstraße ein. Ab hier sind dann die GPS Daten vorhanden.
