Die Tour startet in Elbigenalp am Geierwally Parkplatz.
Von dort Anstieg über Kasermandl (nette Jausenstation) an einer herrlich gelegenen Jägeralpe vorbei steil hoch Richtung Rote Wand.
Wer mag kann an der Abzweigung seinen Rucksack liegen lassen und kurz zum Gipfel der Roten Wand hoch.
Anschliessend landschaftlich sehr schöne Querung zur Herrmann von Barth Hütte.
Wer mag - Übernachtung
Von der Hütte aus Gipfeltour ohne Gepäck zur rel. selten begangenen Plattenspitze möglich
Anschliessend Abstieg über den Hüttenanstiegsweg zurück zum Parkplatz.
Schöne 2 Tagestour mit unserem 8 jährigen. Er hatte viel Spaß an den zwei Gipfelsiegen - gewisse Bergerfahrung sollte aber schon vorhanden sein
