Schöne lange Rundtour um das Estergebirge, mit zwei größeren Anstiegen auf dieser Tour. Vom Parkplatz (706 hm) bis km 11,6 (1211 hm). Danach wieder abwärts bis nach Wallgau bei km 19,2 (878 hm). Anschließend der zweite Gipfel bei km 26,4 (1254 hm). Die Tour verläuft hautpsächlich auf gut ausgebauten Forstwegen. Die einzig technisch anspruchsvolle Strecke ist ein holpriger Single Trail abwärts von km 26,5 (1243 hm) bis km 28,0 (1076 hm).
Der Berggasthof Geschwandtnerbauer bei km 31,9 (1040 hm) ist bewirtschaftet.
