Im Kanaltal Radweg (Ciclovia Alpe Adria) entlang einer ehemaligen Eisenbahntrasse. In den vielen Tunnels ist eine Beleuchtung am Rad ganz hilfreich.
Insgesamt führt die Tour durch eine extrem dünn besiedelte Gegend. Auch im Aupatal kaum PKW-Verkehr.
