Von Kuppenheim geht es nach Bischweier und Winkel weiter über Moosbronn und Bernbach nach Herrenalb. Von Herrenalb über die Plotzsägmühle nach Loffenau und durch das Laufbachtal nach Gernsbach. Von Gernsbach geht es nochmal hoch zum Merkur-Binsenwasen und dann über Ebersteinburg runter nach Kuppenheim.
Die ganze Tour geht über breite Waldwege, teilweise auch Asphalt. Super Aussichten auf das Murgtal, Herrenalb und das Rheintal. Ein paar Wegstücke sind dabei, wo es ordentlich hoch geht. Aber irgendwo müssen ja die 1100 hm herkommen.
