Von den Höhen hinab ins Kalltal
Start der Wanderung Sportplatz in Schmidt an der Eichheckstraße oder am Wanderparkplatz an der Kirche. Hier folgen wir ausschließlich dem Wanderweg Nr. 10 Richtung Froitscheidt hinab ins Kalltal. Sodann geht es überwiegend stetig ansteigend teils entlang des "alten" Schmugglerweges" wieder zurück an den den Ausgangspunkt. Eine mittlere/ gute Kondition ist aufgrund von Steigungen von Vorteil. Teilweise stärke längere Anstiege.
