Bei dieser Tour werden fast alle lohnenswerten MTB-Gebiete rund um Bergisch Gladbach abgeritten. Teilweise auch nur gestreift.
Die Tour ist eine reine XC-Runde mit hohem Trailanteil. Weitgehend S0. S1 nur in wenigen Passagen. Jedoch sind knackig Höhenmeter zu drücken ... :)
Besser die Tour im Uhrzeigersinn fahren. Es geht allerdings auch links herum.
Folgende Gebiete werden teilweise mehrfach befahren:
- Scherfbachtal mit Höhen
- Hardt (wg. starker Sturmschäden leider keine Trails :(
- Königsforst
- Lüderich
