Die Tour beginnt an der Wasserburg Zweiffel in Bergisch Gladbach Herrenstrunden. Nach einem kleinen Anstieg durch die Siedlung gelangt man durch Wald und über Wiesenwege zum Weiler Asselborner Hof. Ein uriges Waldstück wird durchquert, bevor man von der Ortschaft Herkenrath einen tollen Fernblick genießen kann. Feld-, Wald- und Wiesenwege wechseln sich ab, bevor man zurück in Herrenstrunden am Bauernhof Gut Schiff vorbei wieder zum Ausgangspunkt gelangt.
